I have a piece of pottery with a painted mark on the bottom E-7127 where do I find who the maker is?

The mark is painted under the glaze. Does not have any other maker mark. It is a pedestal bowl 6" circumference 3 3/4" high. ringed with daisy and leaf maybe an art deco pattern. Where do I begin to look for the maker of this piece?
