How do I cook seafood? (follow up)?
Thanks for getting back to me yesterday! The easiest method seems to be the one where you put the olive oil in the bottom of a Pyrex dish, put a pat of butter on top, and sprinkle lemon juice.
Double checking on covering the glass Pyrex: I have to cover the baking dish with a piece of foil? Otherwise, it would dry out, I'm assuming.
On poaching fish - never done that before - I'll ask a follow up question on that another time. Sounds delicious!
Pan seared sounds good, too! Just put it in a skillet with oil - turn it over a couple of times - and that's that? I might be able to handle that, too! Thanks! Randy
