3 Styles of Glass Floor Vases that You Will Like
Although glass is the most fragile material used for vases, glass vases are the best medium for showcasing the many artistic possibilities of pottery design. Shaping details is much easier executed on a glass floor vase. The same is true for adding color to the vase. The coloring techniques used for pottery produce the clearest results in it. Victorian glass floor vases

These are impregnated with minute amounts of Uranium. They resemble Vaseline jelly in color and texture and are called Vaseline glass because of that. Both types of glass are collectors' items.
Art Deco glass floor vases
This style of making glass vases is loved by many people for its strong imagery and lines. Art Deco glass can be very attractive and engrossing as center pieces. However, the style does not blend well with all types of decor. That is due to the fact that its figures are executed in heavy, static shapes that seem ready to drop to the floor any second. However, if the designs on an Art Deco floor vase are purely geometrical, they are easier to combine with most room motifs. Because of the heavy appearance of Art Deco images, these vases are often used without floral ensembles.
Modern glass floor vases
Modern glass vases include any items whose designs cannot be classified under any of the other art idioms. In other words, purely decorative styles that are not concerned with aesthetic principles, such as plain polka dots and designs that are seen on fabrics usually belong to this class. Another way to describe modern art is 'whimsical'. That is because it is essentially an expression of personal feeling that does not exert too much effort to be artistic. Examples of this type of imagery are those associated with popular graphic media.
