Information about green tea

Green tea is a kind  of tea prepared solely from the leaves of Camellia sinensis which undergoes low oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China which is associated with different cultures in Asia, Japan, and Middle East. Recently, green tea has become more popular in the West, where people mostly consume black tea traditionally . Different varieties of green tea have been prepared in those countries where it grows. Consumers will find that most of these varieties  differentiates due to variable growing conditions, processing and harvesting time.

Over the last few years many scientific and medical studies has been done on green tea determine its long-purported health benefits for the humanity.  Many evidences showing that continuous green tea drinkers carries lower chances of heart disease along with developing certain kinds  of cancer.  Green tea has also shown it efficiency as useful "weight loss management" in different fileds.  But this claim is not supported by any scientific and medical databases like PubMed.

Users of green tea should know that it is ubiquitous in Japan which is mostly known as "tea" in regular life . Not only this green tea is referred as "Japanese tea" which was first had the usage in China during the Song Dynasty and later spread to Japan by My?an Eisai, who was a Japanese Buddhist priest who himself introduced the Rinzai school of Zen Buddhism. Different types of tea are generally graded on the basis of the quality, the parts of plant getting used, and the way they are processed. Consumers will find great variations in both price and quality within the broad categories of green tea . And one should also keep the information that there are several special green teas that dont come in those spectrum. Mostly people like the most the Japanese green tea coming from the Yame region of Fukuoka Prefecture and Uji region of Kyoto in the market . Not only this the  Shizuoka Prefecture produces 40% of raw tea leaf in the market.
